Alca Labs

Account Terms

Last updated 23 August 2026

These terms cover the Alca account — the login shared across Alca products. Each product has its own terms covering that product, including anything you pay for.

One account, several products

An Alca account is free to create and is the single login for every Alca product. Creating one does not sign you up for anything, does not start a paid plan, and does not require a card.

What a given product lets you do, what it costs, and how it handles your content are governed by that product’s own terms — not by this page. Where they conflict on a product-specific question, the product’s terms apply.

Your account is yours to look after

What we will not do

What we can do

We may suspend or close an account that is being used to attack the service, to abuse other people, or to break the law. Where it is reasonable to do so we will say why first. If we close your account for one of these reasons, any paid plan is handled under that product’s terms.

Closing your account

You can close it at any time by emailing erikyaspelin@gmail.com from the address on the account. Being plain about it: there is not yet a self-serve button for this, so a person handles the request. Closing the account does not by itself cancel a paid subscription — cancel that first, from the billing page or the product it belongs to.

The account is provided as it is

We work to keep sign-in available and secure, but we do not promise it will never be unavailable. Alca Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the account itself; nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and contact

If these terms change materially we will update the date above, and we will not apply a change retroactively to something you already paid for. These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, United States. Questions go to erikyaspelin@gmail.com.
